Mobile App EULA
This End User Licence Agreement is between you and Nested Technology Group Pty Ltd (ABN 54 698 422 552, Queensland 4113, Australia) for the NestedCerts mobile app on iOS and Android.
Licence Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial AWS exam preparation.
One Account Per Person
You may use one account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly
- No modification or derivative works
- No commercial use
Ownership
The app and all content remain the property of Nested Technology Group Pty Ltd.
Not Apple or Google's Agreement
This EULA is between you and Nested Technology Group Pty Ltd only. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance.
Third-Party Beneficiaries
Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce this EULA.
Store Subscriptions
Subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled and refunded through that store.
Internet and Offline
The app requires an internet connection to sync. Cached content works offline.
Governing Law
Queensland 4113, Australia. Local consumer rights that cannot be excluded still apply.
