Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your NestedCerts subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
How to Cancel
Method 1: Account Settings
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Subscription tab
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Method 2: Stripe Customer Portal
- Log in to your account
- Go to Subscription page
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel plan" in Stripe portal
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You continue to have full access until expiration
- No further charges will be made
- Your progress and data are saved
- You can reactivate anytime
Cancellation by Plan Type
Monthly Subscription
- Cancel anytime with no penalties
- Access continues until end of current month
- No refunds for partial months
Annual Subscription
- Cancel anytime
- Access continues until end of annual period
- Refunds available within 7 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)
Lifetime Access
- Cannot be canceled (one-time purchase)
- Refunds available within 7 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)
Individual Certifications
- No cancellation needed (one-time purchase)
- Lifetime access to purchased certifications
- No refunds after 7 days
Reactivating Your Subscription
You can reactivate your subscription anytime:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Pricing page
- Select a plan and complete payment
- Your progress and data will be restored
Account Deletion
To permanently delete your account and all data, contact support@nestedcerts.com. This action cannot be undone.
