Refund Policy
NestedCerts offers refunds within 7 days of purchase for annual and lifetime subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Annual Subscription ($70/year)
- Eligible: Within 7 days of purchase
- Full refund: 100% refund if requested within 7 days
- After 7 days: No refunds, but you can cancel to prevent renewal
Lifetime Access ($100 one-time)
- Eligible: Within 7 days of purchase
- Full refund: 100% refund if requested within 7 days
- After 7 days: No refunds
Monthly Subscription ($20/month)
- Not eligible: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
- Alternative: Cancel anytime to prevent future charges
Individual Certifications ($10 each)
- Eligible: Within 7 days of purchase
- Full refund: 100% refund if requested within 7 days
- After 7 days: No refunds
Certification Bundles ($25-$45)
- Eligible: Within 7 days of purchase
- Full refund: 100% refund if requested within 7 days
- After 7 days: No refunds
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@nestedcerts.com within 7 days of purchase
- Include your account email and order details
- Briefly explain reason for refund (optional)
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunded to original payment method
- Bank Processing: May take additional 3-5 days to appear
- Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation
Conditions
- Refunds only available within 7 days of purchase
- One refund per customer
- Account access revoked upon refund
- Progress and data deleted after refund
- Abuse of refund policy may result in account termination
No Refund Situations
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Monthly subscription payments
- Partial months or years
- Failure to pass real AWS exams
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Duplicate purchases (contact support for resolution)
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks result in immediate account termination and may affect future purchases.
