NestedCerts provides AWS certification exam preparation materials, including practice quizzes, practice exams, study guides, and progress tracking tools.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
- One account per person
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- Refunds available per our Refund Policy
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content
- Use automated tools to access our service
- Attempt to reverse engineer our platform
- Use the service for any illegal purpose

All content, including questions, explanations, and materials, is owned by NestedCerts and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

NestedCerts is not affiliated with Amazon Web Services (AWS). We provide exam preparation materials but do not guarantee exam results. AWS certification requires passing official AWS exams.
8. Limitation of Liability
NestedCerts is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including exam failures or lost data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account anytime through account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
